Payments

We accept credit card payments for the tours via Bhutan Payments. There is no additional fee for processing credit card payments. You may also send payment to us using a bank transfer in US dollars.

As soon as the bank releases the payment to us, we will apply for the visa and forward as soon as it is approved.

Payment for airline tickets should be sent right away in order to have tickets issued. The land package part can be sent one month in advance with the exception of festival times where hotel reservations must be paid for at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that sometimes plans have to change. Please let us know as soon as possible in case of a cancellation or change of plans so that we can minimize any additional charges.

For standard 3-star hotel booking during non-festival times, the following cancellation policy is in effect.

• 30 days or more before the trip: full refund
• 15-30 days before the trip: 75% refund
• 7-15 days before the trip: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days: no refund
