In the landlocked kingdom of Bhutan, photography serves as a powerful channel to capture a nation that maintains a rare balance between contemporary developments with the use of technology and its historic foundation of its religion and culture. The distinct architecture and vibrant colours line the surfaces of traditional buildings that harmonise with Buddhist ideologies. As the world shifts towards modernity, photography provides a rare access to a way of life that is connected to the past. It not only reveals the beauty of tradition but also allows us to experience and reflect on the simplicity of life. With each image taken, whether it is a photo of farmers harvesting crops or people dancing in an event, photography in Bhutan offers not just aesthetic pleasure but healing experiences
